The Health Care Information and Data Advisory Council (HCIDAC) meeting dates are posted along with an agenda and directions to the meetings.

HCIDAC Electronic Notification

Rule 410-2-5-.07 Electronic Notice states, "SHPDA may provide any notice required under these rules in electronic PDF format, which shall be considered delivered upon the date of transmission.  All health care providers holding a Certificate of Need from SHPDA, as well as any other interested parties seeking to be included in SHPDA's general distribution list shall maintain with the agency a current e-mail address for purposes of this rule."  This rule became effective March 8, 2013. Notice of Health Care Information and Data Advisory Council meetings is posted to the Alabama Open Meetings Act website, www.openmeetings.alabama.gov.  To receive notice of meetings once they are posted, you may register for the site under the 'General Public' option, then register for the 'Health Care Information and Data Advisory Council'.  Automated notices of meeting dates, times, and locations, as well as Tentative Agendas, are sent once they are posted to the site by Agency personnel.   

The HCIDAC Meeting is scheduled to be held virtually on May 18, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. The minimum number of board members as required by law will be present in room 387 of the RSA Union building located at 100 N. Union St., Montgomery, Alabama.

The HCIDAC meeting will be held in the Sutton Conference Room on the seventh floor of the RSA Union Building, located at 100 N. Union Street in downtown Montgomery. For more information call (334)242-4103.

• Coming south bound on I-65 take Clay Street exit #172. This will take you onto Herron Street, which turns into Bibb Street, which turns into Madison Avenue. The RSA Union borders Madison Avenue and is located on Union Street also bordering Monroe Avenue.

• Coming north bound on I-65 take Herron Street exit #172, which turns into Bibb Street, which turns into Madison Avenue. The RSA Union borders Madison Avenue and is located on Union Street also bordering Monroe Avenue.

• Coming north bound on I-85 take the Court Street exit #1 and turn left onto Union Street. The RSA Union borders Madison Avenue and is located on Union Street also bordering Monroe Avenue.

• Coming south on I-85 take the Union Street exit.  The RSA Union borders Madison Avenue and is located on Union Street also bordering Monroe Avenue.
